As a Ukrainian–English interpreter, you will support individuals who face language barriers when communicating with essential public services, including healthcare providers and emergency services.
Your role is to ensure clear, accurate, and respectful communication, often in situations that require empathy and composure. By enabling understanding in critical moments, you will help people access the support and assistance they need.

- A civil contract with a gross rate of:
✔︎ Learning time (training) PLN 31,40 gross/h.
✔︎ Before midnight PLN 34,00 gross/h.
✔︎ Weekends PLN 36,00 gross/h.

Our requirements:
- Excellent command of Ukrainian and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong listening, retention, and note‑taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to empathize with callers while remaining professional.
- High stress resilience, particularly when dealing with distressed or incoherent speakers during emergency calls.
- A stable wired internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Availability to provide services on a regular basis, according to the contractor's declared availability.
