Units Coordinator

What You’ll Do
Own the Billing Process

Partner with Field Supervision to capture and document construction activities

Review, interpret, and code job documents for accurate billing

Ensure all materials used are accounted for and reflected correctly

Be the Accuracy Expert

Analyze construction prints, job packages, and field documentation

Identify and correct discrepancies in billing data

Recognize and input missed information from field crews

Collaborate & Communicate

Work directly with utility companies to resolve billing questions

Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy

Manage email correspondence and documentation efficiently

Leverage Systems & Data

Enter and maintain job package data in internal and customer systems

Utilize WMS platforms for data analysis and reporting

Support billing readiness through detailed data validation

Get Close to the Work

Travel to job sites as needed to gather missing or clarifying information

What You Bring

Experience in the powerline or utility industry (required)

Ability to read and interpret electric distribution construction prints

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Excellent organization and time management skills

Confident communication with both field teams and external partners

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Team-oriented with a customer-first approach

Working Conditions

Office-based role with occasional field visits

Sedentary work with standard computer use

Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for data entry
