Your team:

As part of the Global IT you will join Digital Transformation Spain, which plays a key role supporting the design, development and maintenance of technology solutions with the aim of providing our front offices colleagues with all they need to meet customer demand.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Develop and maintain software modules using best practices in coding and design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency in development

  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to support robust and integrated systems

  • Contribute to agile processes and continuous improvement of software delivery practices

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university of applied sciences with above-average grades in software / technology (graduation max. 12 months ago)

  • Initial practical experience in software and technology related

  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus such as Spanish and German

  • Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
