What you'll do

To guarantee the correct functioning of the residence and ensure the safety, well-being, and coexistence of the resident students.

• Attend to the resident students:

1. Provide information regarding accommodation rules.
2. Manage the lending of equipment.
3. Resolve daily incidents.
4. Collect and safeguard room and storage keys.

• Carry out visitor control, completing the corresponding logs and forms.

• Receive regular and certified mail, messaging, and parcels for the students staying at the residence.

• Attend to the telephone switchboard.

• Perform general inspection rounds of the facilities and supervise the fire alarm panel, boilers, and any other maintenance elements.

• Receive laundry, distribute bed and bath linen.

• Manage food orders.

• Perform basic cleaning maintenance tasks for the residence.

• Ensure good coexistence among residents in common areas and control noise levels.

• Provide support to the residence staff in their tasks.

• Participate in events programmed by the university.

What we're looking for

• Completed secondary education, preferably with experience in the hotel sector.

• Basic IT knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Knowledge of French and/or English is valued.

From Monday to Sunday, according to a shift roster.
