Possible Tasks within this Role
- Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
- Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence
- Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies
- Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews independently
- Developing and presenting the results to customers
Qualification requirements
- Very good master's degree from a university
- Specialist internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry
- Practical experience in an intercultural working environment
- German language level C1 and English language level B2
- Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
- Targeted communication and quick comprehension
