Job Summary

Operate a Prime Mover to safely and efficiently transport containers between the wharf and container yard at PSA Container Terminal, following safety procedures and maintaining vehicle condition.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Prime Mover to transport containers within PSA Container Terminal to ensure timely delivery between the wharf and container yard
• Move containers safely by adhering to operational safety rules and regulations in the port area
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before starting work to ensure the Prime Mover is in safe working condition
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain operational consistency and safety
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and report any defects immediately to support maintenance and safety
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A Driving Licence
• Minimum English pass in PSLE

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No prior Prime Mover driving experience required; training will be provided
