• Monitor the status of all assigned loads from pickup to delivery.
• Contact drivers regularly to obtain accurate location and ETA updates.
• Update brokers, customers, and dispatchers on load progress.
• Enter and maintain accurate load information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Track detention, layovers, breakdowns, and other exceptions.
• Assist with collecting required documents such as BOLs and PODs.
• Escalate urgent issues, including accidents, breakdowns, or missed appointments.
