We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented Clinic Manager / Senior Clinic Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy both hands-on clinic operations and team management, so come and play an important role in building a well-run clinic!

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic

• Coordinate and supervise a small team of clinic/admin staff

• Manage appointments, enquiries, customer service and administrative matters

• Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently

• Support staff scheduling, coordination and daily operations

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and clinic presentation

• Work closely with the team to improve processes and overall clinic experience

• Take ownership of clinic operations and contribute to the growth of the business

✨ What We're Looking For

• Preferably 2–3 years or more of relevant clinic / TCM / wellness experience

• Comfortable managing a team and taking responsibilities for daily operations

• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

• Independent, responsible and proactive
