Bambini Childcare is URGENTLY HIRING a dedicated, caring, and energetic Twos Teacher! If you're passionate about early childhood education and helping two-year-olds discover the world around them, we want YOU on our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan fun, age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities.

• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

• Create a safe, clean, welcoming, and organized classroom.

• Encourage independence through positive guidance and daily routines.

• Monitor children's progress and maintain developmental records.

• Build strong relationships with families, teachers, and school leadership.

• Maintain classroom and licensing documentation in compliance with MSDE and OCC standards.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Completed or willing to complete the 90-Hour Preschool Certification, 45-Hour Child Growth & Development, 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum, 9-Hour Communication Course, and Basic Health & Safety Training.

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.

• Maryland background check and fingerprint clearance.

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE).

• At least two years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
