- Manage day-to-day HR generalist functions, including supporting payroll-related activities for overseas plants across Asia.
- Perform first-level verification and checks of high-volume payroll data for employee populations of up to 3,000 headcount, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with overseas HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and follow up on required corrections.
- Support the implementation, enhancement and adoption of HR/payroll systems across regional operations.
- Participate in regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including system implementation and process standardisation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and overseas colleagues to understand local HR and payroll processes and requirements.
- Travel to Asian countries when required to support system implementation, knowledge transfer and on-site learning.
- Undertake other HR generalist responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as required.
