Job Responsibilities
- Verifying patient identification and explaining sampling procedures to patients.
- Taking blood samples from patients and adequately labeling them with their information.
- Maintaining daily tallies of collections performed.
- Working with supervising physicians and following their directions at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum recent 6 months -1 year of phlebotomy experience.
- Minimum Phlebotomist certificate or NITEC and above in Nursing.
