*URGENT* Logistic cum Purchasing Executive ($3.5K to $4K) #NJA

The Job:

• To execute MRO supply chain activities in material management, receiving and logistics meeting aviation safety standards and production timelines
• Perform physical inspection and document verification for all incoming goods, services and materials. Ensure all aircraft parts and materials are accompanied by valid certification
• Inventory Issuance/Requisition: Perform Physical picking and release of materials requested by Production requisition form. Use FIFO or Shelf-Life Control methodology
• Timely update of material receipts and release into the Oracle Inventory Module, Working File to ensure real-time data accuracy for the Supply Chain Team
• Prepare and conduct monthly stock cycle count, and annual stock take and audit
• Maintain strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocol
• Ensure store is kept clean, organized and safe at all times
• Quarantine Management
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels using historical data, demand forecasting and min-max for re-ordering or release of blanket orders
• Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Active follow up and liaise with suppliers on open orders to ensure timely delivery to support sales and production planning
• Liaise and book local and overseas shipment with couriers, forwarder or customer-appointed companies. Follow up as necessary to ensure shipment are pick up on time.
• Perform Order Management Ship Transaction, generate Delivery Order (DO)
