Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
• Incident Response Support: Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents, providing first-level troubleshooting and documentation. Liaise with technology vendors for escalation where required
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management to ensure systems remain secure
• Security Audits: Support security audits by gathering and preparing necessary logs and reports. Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, network engineers, and other stakeholders to implement security measures and support operational needs
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on security procedures, incidents, and the overall state of cybersecurity environment

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• With over 7 years of experience in cyber security maintenance role or IT security operations
• Proficient in Cyber Security Domain: Endpoint protection / Network Security / IAM
• Possess with certification CISSP or cyber security equivalent in advantage
• Knowledge advantage: Operational experience in Container Security and Key Management
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead a team of engineers to fulfil Day 1 and Day 2 functions
