Summary

- Responsible for setting up, installing, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites
- Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.
- Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
