* Urgent - System Analyst/ Senior Software Engineer - 3 Vacancies

Reporting to the Team Head, the incumbent will oversee quality management activities within a large-scale technology platform project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust quality governance, effective vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and confirm user/business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Produce system analysis and design documentation (e.g., flow models, logical data models, and other design/specification documents).
• Code and implement system components based on approved design specifications.
• Support deployment readiness for production releases.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and loading/performance testing.
• Identify defects and support defect resolution.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as user manuals, system manuals, and technical documentation for operations and maintenance.
• Perform additional tasks required for successful project delivery and system maintenance.
• Completion of a full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Implementation of court systems or court-related systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience within the Information Technology sector, with experience in IT application development.
• Strong experience in the technical skills as below:
• (Candidates do not need to possess all the listed skills; experience in a few key areas is acceptable.)
• Experience in building and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and J2EE (multi-tier architecture, integration, application/business logic).
• Experience developing web/backend services in a J2EE environment.
• Experience in implementing and/or consuming Web Services (SOAP/REST) for system integration.
• Experience developing enterprise components using Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) (business logic, transactional services, and related enterprise features).
• Experience maintaining web interfaces using JavaServer Faces (JSF).
• Experience with SQL and working with RDBMS such as Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and support data access for application needs.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Analyst Programmer position.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
