Abcor Home Health is seeking dependable, experienced, and flexible Floater Caregivers to provide coverage for caregiver call-offs, vacations, leaves of absence, and new client admissions throughout our Pennsylvania service area.

This position is ideal for caregivers with open availability who are comfortable traveling to different client homes and adapting to a variety of care situations. Floater Caregivers play a vital role in ensuring our clients continue to receive quality care without interruption.

Job Duties

Provide non-medical in-home care services, including:

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Dressing and toileting assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Open availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Comfortable traveling throughout the service area
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Comfortable working in a variety of client home environments
• Dependable, flexible, and professional
• Ability to pass all required background checks and onboarding requirements
