Core Technical Requirements:

• UiPath Studio Expertise: In-depth knowledge of advanced workflows, REFramework, and best practices in RPA development.
• Complex Code Logic: Proven ability to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot highly complex, nested, or conditional automation logic.
• Testing Frameworks: Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, specifically experience with the UiPath Test Suite or similar automated regression testing frameworks.
• Database, API & Integration: Proficiency in writing SQL queries, handling stored procedures, and integrating automations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• UiPath Infrastructure: Strong understanding of Orchestrator management, asset configuration, licensing, unattended robot setup, and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Ownership: Maintain, scale, and own the critical automation and testing frameworks previously managed by Srikanth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Application Owners (AOs) to deeply understand application behaviors and implement precise framework enhancements.
• Team Leadership: Lead the regression and health-check team to ensure all regression testing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Team Empowerment: Upskill and enable team members to maximize the efficiency and utilization of the automation framework.
