US AR/AP Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US AR/AP Accountant to join our finance team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US accounting practices and will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, and the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial health. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. - Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Prepare and maintain financial reports related to AR/AP activities. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US accounting standards. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
