About the Role:

In CARESTREAM we are looking for a strategic US BOC Team Lead Sales Support II to direct our sales operations and administrative support team. In this role, you will optimize order fulfillment workflows, partner with US sales executives, and lead team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and support a team of Sales Support Agents executing quote-to-order operations for US clients.

• Monitor team KPIs, workload distribution, and compliance with sales administration standards.

• Act as the direct liaison between sales leadership, commercial finance, and operational teams.

• Drive operational efficiency through process automation and staff training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or high school diploma.

• Up to 3 years of team management experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Shared Services.

• Advanced expertise in SAP (SD/CRM) and sales enablement platforms.

• Strong executive communication, analytical decision-making, and team-building capability.

• Certification in Project Mgt, Operations Mgt, Analytics, ISO, Lean, Quality or Six Sigma preferred.

• Advance MS Excel knowledge.
