About the Opportunity
Dayforce is currently seeking a Wage Attachment Specialist II to join our Dayforce Managed Team. We service our clients by supporting the complete employee life cycle including payroll, workforce management, benefits, and contact center; allowing the client to focus on their core business. The Wage Attachment Specialist II is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and processing court ordered involuntary deductions such as Creditor Garnishments, Child Support, State & Federal Tax Levies. They are responsible for ensuring garnishments are processed accurately and timely to ensure proper deduction calculation when processed through payroll.
Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Philippines.
What You’ll Get to Do

Execute the establishment of the customer’s tax profile within the core record-keeping systems proactively initiating and tracking required tax, banking, and funding forms.
Responsible for ensuring garnishments are processed accurately and timely to ensure proper deduction calculation when processed through payroll.
Interpret and process withholding orders including, but not limited to garnishments, child support, student loans and federal and state levies accurately to avoid cost & liability as per federal & state garnishment regulations. experience in payroll, tax, or customer service is preferred.
Prepare and respond to (inquiries) continuing answers for withholding orders Proactively highlight risks and prepare root cause analysis to ensure issues/concerns are escalated for resolution.
Must manage assigned work in organized, proactive manner to meet all required commitments, including KPI's (metrics) and client SLA's (service level agreements)
