USA-Business Development Manager se/midwest/NE/South Central

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Onshore) responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the onshore market. The candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across IT services, staffing, or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the onshore market (US/UK/EU).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update activities in CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing sales in the onshore market.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience selling IT staffing, managed services, cloud, digital transformation, or consulting services.
  • Existing network of enterprise clients or hiring managers in the target market.
