Utility Cook

The primary responsibility of a Utility Cook is to assist in preparing food items in accordance with Hawkers' recipes. This role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of dishware, glassware, and silverware efficiently, following Hawkers procedures. This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, including the restrooms while maintaining the Hawkers Asian Street Food standards.
