UX Data Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a project manager with a focus on data visualization to lead the redesign of our dashboards and evolve the information access experience within the company.

This role will be key in the transition from traditional dashboards toward more intuitive experiences, including new forms of natural language-based interaction and AI capabilities.

You will work in close collaboration with a team specialized in visualization projects and with multiple business areas.

We want to bring on board someone with an analytical mindset and design sensitivity, capable of transforming complex data into simple and enriching experiences for users. We are looking for someone interested in exploring how AI can change the way we interact with information. We want to add someone to our team with judgment, autonomy, and the ability to influence, who feels comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and connecting business needs with user-centered solutions.

What we're looking for

• Higher University Degree (Graphic Design or Digital Design, Computer Engineering, Web Development, Higher Engineering, or similar).
• Strong specialization in data visualization
• Experience working with Looker and LookML
• Ability to work with data and understand business metrics
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in DataViz project management roles
• Good visual judgment and attention to detail
• Customer/user orientation

Nice to have

• Experience in conversational UX or AI-based interface design
• Knowledge of semantic layers or data models
• Experience working with other BI tools, especially Qliksense
• Experience in the insurance sector or highly data-driven environments
• Ability to define design systems applied to dashboards
