UX Designer

Bitrock is seeking a UX Designer to join a full-time, cross-functional agile team in Milan. You will design software and platforms that meet real user needs, crafting user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

You will work closely with clients and developers to deliver intuitive experiences across web and mobile products. The role emphasizes user-centered design, usability testing, and continuous iteration, with flexible working hours and the possibility of smart working.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and features. Facilitate the client's product vision and align with business goals. Design and deliver user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes. Work with Developers and UI designers to implement effective UX solutions. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. 3–4 years of experience in projects focused on User Experience. Experience in design or analysis of sites and digital products (web/mobile). Strong knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, usability, and information architecture. Proficient in UX design best practices to solve complex problems. Knowledge of mobile UX patterns across major OS platforms. Health insurance Flexible working hours Smart working
