UX Designer – Enterprise & Advertising Products
Location: King’s Cross, London
Working pattern: Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite
Contract: 8 October 2026–17 August 2027, maternity cover
Pay: £42.31 per hour PAYE
Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility approximately one day per week for calls up to 8pm GMT with US teams.

We’re recruiting a mid-level UX Designer to join a global technology company’s sell-side advertising platform design team.
You’ll solve complex design challenges across enterprise desktop applications, mobile advertising experiences, immersive ad formats and AI-driven features. Working closely with product, engineering and research colleagues, you’ll turn complex workflows into clear, engaging user experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Map user mental models and end-to-end journeys across enterprise software features.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes and precise developer specifications in Figma.
  • Apply systems thinking to connect workflows across a wider product ecosystem.
  • Use existing design systems to deliver consistent, functional and engaging experiences.
  • Incorporate expressive UI and motion where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Content Designers and UX Researchers.
  • Clearly present design rationale, respond to feedback and refine solutions using research insights.
Skills and experience
  • Typically 4–6 years’ UX or Product Design experience, ideally within enterprise software or digital tools.
  • A degree in Design, UX, HCI, Product Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including design, prototyping and developer specifications.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides for design presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the full UX design process, with evidence of solving complex problems.
  • Experience conducting research or partnering with UX Researchers to inform design decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn complex subject matter quickly and deliver efficiently.
Desirable experience
  • Advertising technology or advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on AI prototyping.
  • Motion design.
  • Ad-hoc UX research.
Portfolio requirements
Please include a portfolio demonstrating your design thinking alongside the finished work. Case studies should explain the problem, your individual contribution, research inputs, constraints, options explored and the rationale behind your decisions.
Candidates whose enterprise work is protected by an NDA may discuss their methodology, constraints and problem-solving approach verbally.
