Avature is hiring a UX Designer for its Platform team in Argentina to design interfaces and prototypes for its HR/talent software. Day to day involves wireframing, usability and accessibility-focused design, and iteration within design systems, with basic HTML/CSS (JavaScript a plus) and comfort using AI tools.
- Strong foundations in design, with demonstrated craft in composition, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, layout, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of user interface design and software prototyping.
- Experience in designing products or features that involve wireframing, testing, and iteration.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript or other programming skills are a plus.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive behavior, design systems, and the constraints of implementation.
- Proactive and curious attitude: able to search for information independently, challenge assumptions, identify process gaps, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to innovate
- Constant interest in learning and applying UX methodologies
- Intermediate oral and written English (B1), mainly for internal communication
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
