Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Owning the end-to-end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements
- Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings
- Using AI tools in daily work and exploring how they can improve the design process
- Designing multimodal AI experiences: agentic interfaces, RAG-powered apps, voicebots and generative AI tools
- Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:
- Excellent command of English (B2/C1)
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer
- Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow
- Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to participate in creating AI products
- Knowledge of design principles
- Experience with design systems
- Ability to experiment and find new solutions
- Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar
- Work experience in a software agency
- UX research experience: tools and methods
- Experience with UX audits
