A blockchain foundation powering a L1 network, focused on enhancing user accessibility within the DeFi space is seeking a UX Researcher. This role is integral to understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric improvements in our products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive user studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze research findings to inform design and product decisions.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies tailored to project goals.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Required Skills

  • Background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector is preferred but fintech, finance, consumer application experiences open too.
