UX Researcher (hybrid from Warsaw)

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various
  research objectives.
  
• Recommend appropriate research methods based on project goals,
  timelines, and constraints.
  
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.
  
• Develop discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires,
  and usability testing materials.
  
• Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository.
  
• Contribute to the development of consistent research processes and
  documentation standards.
• Hybrid work: 2-3 days from Warsaw office
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science or psychology.
  
• 3-5 years of experience UX research, market research, or related experience.
  
• Experienced working with Figma and Zeplin.
  
• Examples of research methods applied in current or previous role.
  
• Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team.
