Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support customer and stakeholder research within the automotive retail and financial services space. This individual will conduct research with dealership personnel, customers, business development managers, and sales teams to uncover opportunities for improving products, services, and user experiences related to lending and financial offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting usability testing and user interviews
- Reviewing analytics, behavioral data, and customer engagement metrics
- Analyzing customer feedback, satisfaction scores, and complex data sets
- Identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Updating personas and customer journey maps
- Translating complex research findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
This role is heavily focused on qualitative research, while still leveraging quantitative data and analytics to support recommendations.

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
