UX/UI Designer (Protected Category under Law 68/99)

TXT e-Tech is seeking a UX/UI Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join the UX Design team. The role focuses on defining user experiences within the bank’s digital ecosystem, serving customers, financial advisers and internal staff.

Key tasks include analysing journeys, creating wireframes, ensuring accessibility and maintaining the design system. Hybrid work arrangements are offered, with a permanent contract and a salary range of 35,000€ to 40,000€ gross per year.

Analyze existing customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for optimisation. Design UX wireframes and define user experiences. Ensure accessibility and AGID guideline compliance. Manage corporate design system and collaborate with development teams. Perform design QA and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate cross-functionally with all project stakeholders. Strong Figma skills with component libraries, variants and design systems. Experience designing information architectures and complex user flows.
