RealPlay is hiring a UX/UI designer in Tel Aviv to own the full design cycle for its gaming platforms — from research and wireframes to pixel-perfect UI delivered to development — while collaborating daily with product, developers, and artists. Core tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer who's excited about working in the gaming industry. If you have proven experience with UX/UI Design and are passionate about games, you’ll be perfect for us!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration to creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and delivering to development.
- Create high-quality functional user flows, wireframes, and mockups for our platforms.
- Collaborate daily with product team, software developers, and art team members to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.
- Create fun, playful, intuitive, cohesive look & feel designs for new features.
- Brainstorming with the art team to develop new and innovative UI ideas
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI and interactive design, preferably in gaming or product-focused teams.
- Master in Figma
- Good knowledge in UI animation (rive, after effects, etc.)
- Good knowledge in classic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong artistic skills, creativity, design, illustration, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and tackling complex product challenges.
- Pixel-perfect approach with attention to the smallest of details.
- A creative team player with good communication skills.
- Experience working in the gaming industry.
