What you will do?
- Partner with product managers and designers from early concepts through launch.
- Own UX writing across multiple features and enhancements.
- identify gaps in flows, unclear behavior, missing states, and opportunities to make the overall experience easier to understand.
- Contribute to and maintain UX writing guidelines, terminology, and content patterns.
- Use AI to improve product copy and content workflows.
- Account for Generative AI risks such as hallucinations and grounding issues to help create clear, reliable, and trustworthy AI experiences.
- Create and improve user-facing product documentation.
- Use research, customer feedback, and product data to improve content decisions.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and flag risks or blockers early.
- Advocate for the user and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product writing, or a related role.
- Strong UX writing skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong user empathy and UX thinking.
- Experience partnering closely with product and design teams.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining UX writing guidelines or content systems.
- Good product judgment and the confidence to question unclear flows or behavior.
- Understanding of content strategy and knowledge management principles.
- Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
- Experience using AI in content workflows and an understanding of common Generative AI risks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio that shows both your writing and the thinking behind it.
