Summary
Leads daily poultry farm operations, monitors flock health and safety, and trains staff on best practices in an agribusiness setting.
Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene.
Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards are followed.
Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff.
Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations.
Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data.
Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
