Valet Parking Attendant/Driver

Job Purpose:
- Provide a personal vehicle parking and retrieval service for park guests while offering exceptional guest service. This role requires a quick “hustle” to efficiently move between areas of the Valet Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The Valet Parking Attendant/Driver will work collaboratively as part of a dedicated TEAM to uphold the standards of PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about the park as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring the safety of guests and their vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient valet operations and exceptional guest service.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any damage or issues to management immediately.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests and team members.
