At Checkmarx, we believe it’s not just about finding risk but remediating it across the entire application footprint and software supply chain with one seamless process for all relevant stakeholders.

We are honored to serve more than 1,800 customers, which includes 40 percent of all Fortune 100 companies, including Siemens, Airbus, Salesforce, Stellantis, Adidas, Wal-Mart, and Sanofi.

About the Role

We're looking for a **Value Realization Manager** to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a newly created role focused on one clear mission: making sure the GTM technology we've invested in—Clari, Outreach, PG:AI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar GTM platforms—actually delivers the business outcomes it was purchased for.

You'll sit at the intersection of RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Vendor Management. Rather than just administering tools, you'll own the *value* they generate: adoption, ROI, workflow efficiency, and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. If you've spent time as a customer success manager on the vendor side of GTM tech and are ready to apply that customer success discipline internally, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end value realization strategy for our core GTM tech stack (Clari, Outreach, PG:AI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call recorder tools such as Kaia or Clari Copilot)
  • Define and track adoption metrics, usage benchmarks, and ROI models for each platform; report regularly to RevOps and Sales leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Application, and IT teams to ensure tools are configured, integrated, and used the way they were intended
  • Identify underutilized features or workflows and drive targeted enablement to close the gap
  • Act as the internal "CSM" for each vendor relationship—running regular business reviews, escalating issues, and holding vendors accountable to their own value promises
  • Build and maintain a value realization scorecard/dashboard that ties tool usage to pipeline, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity outcomes
  • Lead onboarding and change management for new tool rollouts or major feature releases
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales reps and managers to continuously improve stack ROI
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal and expansion conversations, providing usage data and value evidence to inform commercial decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, revenue operations, sales enablement, or a related GTM function
  • Direct hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following: Call Recorder Tool, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable in front of sales reps, frontline managers, and executive leadership alike
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable building dashboards, interpreting usage data, and translating numbers into a business narrative
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence sales leaders and reps without direct authority

Strongly Preferred:

  • Prior experience as a **Customer Success Manager at Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn—you know these tools from the vendor side and understand how to extract maximum value from them
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack architecture and how these tools integrate with each other and with Salesforce/HubSpot
