VAS Project Manager (Telco)

Salasto is hiring a remote VAS Project Manager to own telco value-added services end to end: from service concept through operator integration, testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring and iteration. Requires 4+ years in telco with hands-on VAS experience, knowledge of billing/charging/subscription flows, and English C1+.
We are looking for an experienced VAS Project Manager in Telco who will own our value-added services end to end: from the first service concept, through operator integration and testing, to launch and the daily work of keeping services healthy and growing.
If you know how mobile operators actually work (billing cycles, subscription and charging flows, the difference between a VAS that launches and one that earns), this role is for you.

What you will do
Run VAS projects end to end: service concept → operator integration and testing → launch → post-launch support and iteration.
Keep everyone aligned: daily communication with operators, external partners, and internal teams; clear ownership, clear deadlines, work that actually ships.
Own service health: monitor stability and daily performance of live services, and act before small issues become outages.
Resolve issues at the root: diagnose where a problem genuinely originates, then fix it or route it to the right person fast.
Coordinate delivery: delegate to internal teams and contractors, and hold the line on quality and timelines.
Manage service content: keep VAS-facing texts and images current, accurate, and on-brand.
Represent our services publicly: run our social media presence so it reflects the quality of what we build.
Must Have
4+ years in Telco, with hands-on VAS experience
Strong grasp of core operator functionality: billing cycles, charging and subscription flows, VAS lifecycle management
Proven track record leading VAS projects from concept through launch
Ownership mindset – you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked or reminded
English C1 or above
