Schedule: 6am - 2:30pm (M-F)

Job Description:

The Vehicle Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing programs and workload provided by client quality engineering. This entails managing workflow, assisting technicians on resolutions and best practices, as well as collaborating with other functional departments.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Final program review and refinement
  • Identify and source special tools as required
  • Generate work instructions
  • Direct workflow to the mechanic team
  • Monitor quality on completed vehicles
  • Update database with key milestones
  • Support mechanics with procedures and directions in order to meet objectives

Skills/Requirements:

  • Mechanic certification or hands-on technical training
  • Two years of experience in an automotive environment
  • One year of experience supervising mechanics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication, problem solving, prioritization and organization skills
  • Must be proactive and able to follow up on open items with all levels of management
  • Must be a team player and self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of FCA products
  • Experience in diagnostic tools and applications
  • Experience with wiTech and dealer support tools
