Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and validation activities for complete vehicles and automotive components/systems during product development.
- Develop test plans, test methods, and evaluation criteria to assess product performance, durability, and reliability.
- Conduct vehicle road tests, benchmark tests, and driving performance evaluations.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify causes, and propose product improvements.
- Prepare technical reports and collaborate with R&D, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields.
- Experience in vehicle testing, component evaluation, or product development within the Automotive/Motorcycle industry; good understanding of vehicle structure and technical documentation.
- Experience in Vehicle Test, Durability Test, Performance Test, Benchmark Test, and root cause analysis (RCA) is preferred.
- Ability to use testing/measurement tools and data analysis tools; knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, ECU, and CAN communication is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, valid car driving license (B2 or above), and ability to operate vehicles for testing purposes.
