Vice President, Group Account Director
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee account management for major client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless delivery.
- Build and mentor a team of account and delivery professionals focused on client success and retention.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and expand Klick's role with key accounts.
- Establish service standards and practices that reinforce client partnerships and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Drive innovation in how Klick engages with and delivers value to clients.
Requirements
- 14–18 years of client services experience in a healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical advertising agency, with a track record of leading enterprise-level accounts and managing senior client relationships at the C-suite level
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary account teams across large, complex multi-brand or multi-indication portfolios, with experience managing account P&L, organic growth, and client retention
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare marketing strategy including brand launch, lifecycle management, HCP and DTC communications, and omnichannel program development
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring account directors, supervisors, and managers while fostering a high-performance, client-first culture across the account team
- Track record of new business development contributions including pitch leadership, organic growth, and expanding agency relationships within existing client organizations
Desired
- Track record of building and scaling client services, account management, or agency relationship management capabilities at an organizational level
- Familiarity with project management and resource planning tools used in agency environments
- Understanding of pharmaceutical brand planning cycles and agency service delivery models across integrated teams
- Interest in industry thought leadership, emerging trends, and how innovation can drive competitive advantage
The base salary range for this position is between USD $200,000 - $260,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
