Role Overview:
Lead the people, organisation, and workplace agenda for India as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and Leadership Team, driving business growth and transformation through strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, high-performance culture, and sustainable industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for HR, IR, and Administration across India, ensuring a strong balance between business performance, employee engagement, governance, compliance, and long-term organizational capability.
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support long-term business goals, ensuring that talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts are synchronized with revenue targets.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to streamline operations and improve cross-functional collaboration across all business units.
