Vice President, Human Resources

Moatable is looking for a hands-on, business-minded Vice President of Human Resources to help scale our portfolio:

• Trucker Path - #1 trucking navigation platform, with 1M+ monthly active users
• Trucker Path Insurance - fast-growing, AI-native trucking insurance brokerage
• Lofty - the # residential real-estate AI platform

You will work onsite with our founder/CEO, more than a dozen Phoenix-based holding company and subsidiary executives, and leadership teams across our businesses. This is a high-access, high-impact role for an HR leader who wants to help build companies - not simply administer HR.

Your First Mission: Scale TPI’s Producer Organization. Insurance producers are our largest area of headcount growth.

You will build a repeatable engine to:

• Source, recruit, select, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing producers
• Create scalable recruiting channels and talent pipelines
• Build onboarding, training, coaching, and performance systems
• Track time-to-productivity, performance, and retention
• Apply what works across other Moatable sales organizations

Experience scaling high-performance sales teams - especially in insurance, financial services, brokerage, or high-velocity sales- is highly valued.

What Will You Own?

• Advise the CEO and executives on organization, talent, workforce planning, compensation, and succession
• Recruit key executives and critical talent
• Build strong performance and leadership-development systems
• Lead talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, payroll, HR systems, and global HR operations

You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection.
