We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Management to join our Technology team. This role is located in Pune.

Designs product roadmaps and creates large-scale AI systems based on specific business requirements and market opportunities.
Consults with business units to identify needs and translates those into actionable AI product strategies.
Develops business cases, ROI models, and documentation to justify investments and showcase value creation.
Maintains product functionality and relevance, addressing technical debt and capitalizing on emerging AI trends.
Actively participates in product reviews and steers development priorities.
Integrates AI components into fully functional, scalable products.
Applies ethical AI principles, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Defines and tracks meaningful KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
Establishes relationships with key stakeholders to gather necessary information and secure buy-in for AI initiatives.
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Manages the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Develops go-to-market strategies and collaborates with marketing teams to effectively position AI products.
Ensures products are updated with latest features and aligned with evolving customer needs.
Participates in the deployment process, adhering to change management protocols.
Provides ongoing product support and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively engages in learning and development, staying abreast of AI/ML advancements.
Completes all required training and policy awareness curricula on time.
Demonstrates strong teamwork and leadership skills.
Leverages existing products/functionality and promotes reuse to maximize efficiency.
Works closely with cross-functional teams to elevate technology standards and consistently apply best practices.
Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, business users, and project managers to achieve elegant solutions.
Utilizes industry events and networks to gain market insights and share knowledge.
Compiles comprehensive product documentation and go-to-market materials.
Acts as a mentor to junior team members and contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10 years of experience in AI/ML product management or a related field.
Defines, develops, and delivers complex strategic AI/ML products that demonstrate measurable business value.
Translates business needs into AI-driven solutions, leveraging advanced data techniques to support cross-functional initiatives.
Responsible for end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing optimization.
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify high impact use cases and ensures effective integration with existing systems.
Partners with data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative AI solutions.
