Role: Full Stack Engineer - (Video Conferencing Technology)

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Remote)

Contract: 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking contractors with deep expertise in video conferencing platforms to assess solutions, validate technical assumptions, and develop proof-of-concept implementations.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise with both Zoom and Webex is required. Candidates must have implemented solutions using each platform's SDKs and embedded meeting capabilities, including experience with custom (\"build your own\") meeting experiences.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end prototypes, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, authentication, and deployment.
• Experience evaluating vendor platforms and producing technical recommendations based on capabilities, limitations, scalability, security, operational requirements, and licensing models.
• Strong understanding of video conferencing concepts, including meeting lifecycle management, participant controls, chat, screen sharing, recordings, moderation, and telemetry.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms using APIs, SDKs, OAuth, JWT, and webhook/event-driven architectures.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in an exploratory environment with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills, including documenting findings, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience conducting enterprise software evaluations or proofs-of-concept.
• Experience defining integration architectures for embedded SaaS products.
• Familiarity with analytics, participation tracking, and event telemetry for virtual meetings.
