THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to produce engaging video content, eye-catching visual assets, and manage content publishing across our social media platforms.
Video editing is the central priority for this role. You will work closely with our core team to shape short-form and long-form visual stories, maintain high visual standards, and utilise modern AI tools to optimise production workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Editing (Primary Priority)

• Edit high-quality, short-form and long-form video content tailored for social media.

• Handle cutting, pacing, colour grading, audio levelling, and motion graphics overlay.

• Adapt content seamlessly for various formats (Reels, Shorts, landscape video).

Graphic Design

• Create static & animated graphics for social media posts, thumbnails, banners, & digital collateral.

• Maintain visual brand consistency across all graphics and video assets.

Social Media Management

• Manage publishing & schedule content across platforms, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

• Optimise post layouts, captions, and tags for audience engagement and platform reach.
  
  

AI & Workflow Efficiency

• Integrate modern AI tools (e.g., text-to-video tools, auto-captioning, image generators) into your daily workflow to speed up asset creation and output quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, and content creation.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).

• Experience with social media management tools and Instagram publishing workflows.

• Active interest or hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance speed and output quality.

• Based in or able to work from Chennai or Patna in a hybrid work model

• A portfolio demonstrating strong video editing samples, motion graphics, and social media designs.

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Digital Media Arts.

• Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design is a plus, but not mandatory.
