Required Skills:
3+ years of professional video editing experience
Proficiency in at least one major editing tool - Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and motion design
Solid understanding of color correction (LOG/LUT, exposure)
Sound editing basics: noise reduction and EQ
Knowledge of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, FPS, duration)
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a plus
Conversational English is a plus (for working with video references)
Responsibilities:
Editing video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Editing interviews, travel-style videos, and the CEO's personal vlog
Creating titles, motion graphics, infographics, and on-screen elements
Preparing final versions optimized for each platform's requirements
Collaborating with marketing to enhance visual style and consistency
Suggesting improvements to rhythm, structure, transitions, and typography
Portfolio Requirements:
Diverse video formats - vlogs, interviews, social media content
Examples of infographics and motion design elements
