As a Video Producer, you will lead end-to-end video production, from concept to final cut, creating high-quality content that makes complex crypto topics easy to understand. You’ll elevate storytelling with motion graphics, experiment with AI tools to improve workflows, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead on-set shoots and continuously refine content based on feedback and data.

👉 What You'll Do

• End-to-end production: Lead video projects from initial concept and storyboarding through to filming, editing and final delivery

• Elevate the content: Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality content that simplifies complex crypto concepts (check out our YouTube to see the bar we’ve set)

• Motion Graphics: Bring static designs to life and enhance our storytelling with sleek, professional motion graphics and animations

• Still Imagery: Take the lead on occasional photography needs, including corporate headshots, team photos and documenting key brand events

• AI Integration: Actively research and be inquisitive about implementing AI tools to streamline production and push the limits of our visual quality

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, designers and educators to ensure every frame aligns with the Trezor vision

• On-set leadership: Take charge of lighting, audio and camera setups during studio or on-location shoots in Prague

• Iterative refinement: Stay open to feedback, using data and team insights to polish our content for maximum impact

💪 About You

• Creative Vision: You have a strong eye for composition and pacing, with a portfolio that showcases high production value

• Technical Pro: Advanced proficiency in DaVinci & After Effects

• AI Enthusiast: You are proficient in (or genuinely excited about) using AI to improve workflows. Whether it’s Midjourney for mood boards or AI-enhanced editing tools, you’re always looking for the "smarter" way to work

• Prague-based: You are either living in Prague or willing to relocate to work from our local studio

• Great Collaborator: You’re a "people person" who thrives in a team environment and knows how to give and receive constructive feedback

• Adaptable Learner: You don’t need to be a crypto expert on day one, but you have a genuine curiosity for the industry (a background in crypto/fintech is a definite plus!)

• Self-Starter: You are organized, deadline-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects without losing your creative spark
