Villa Operator
CAPE JOY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Villa Operator for our luxury VILLA in CAPE TOWN. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of international luxury hospitality who values understated, authentic, and effortless service.
The successful candidate will know how to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, ensuring guests feel truly at home. A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
Requirements
- Prior experience and degree in hospitality management, ideally as a Department Head (F&B, Guest Relations, or Housekeeping)
- Proven success in creating and operational systems
- High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mentoring capabilities
- Highly organised and high quality Breakfast cooking skill and efficient across multiple departments
- Confident in delegation and supervision
- Fluent in English (Africans and any European language advantageous)
- Team player comfortable in a small, close-knit team
- Willing to be hands-on and take full ownership of the guest experience
- Live out accommodation
