- Knowledge of PC hardware both Desktops & Laptops.
- Vendor coordination for hardware
- Should know installation of Windows operating system such as Windows 10.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Network Printers.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus packages.
- Providing VIP Support to the users
- Working knowledge of Teams
- Taking Escalation calls
- Windows pilot experience, DNS, DHCP
- Outlook and Office 365/ MFP Printers
- Administrating LAN Networks.
- Technical assistance which includes troubleshooting of operating systems
