- Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills, and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
- Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP in a remote setting.
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
- Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators — to keep everyone aligned on student progress

- A Minnesota OT license from the MN Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. Or an OT Compact privilege from Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Comfort and experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting
- A reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace
- Strong remote-collaboration skills. You'll be a full partner to classroom teachers, case managers, and families even without being in the building
- Authorization to work in the United States
